Hi am new here and to the DSM comunity and I would like to know how many pounds of boost can I put on my car right now everything is stock except injen style intake, Greddy style BOV, 3.5" apexi exhaust. little help please

You may want to update your profile, but if you have not yet added an aftermarket boost gauge, then don't screw with your boost at all at this point. If you have added the boost gauge so you accurately know where you are at, then you can run 12 lbs or so safely on the stock fuel system.

Yeah I forgot to mention it has Boost gauge and a MBC

whats up chris...
since your new to the forums im going to help you out and then point you in the right direction so you can answer your own questions in the future.

a stock 2g (95-99 DSM) runs a t25 turbo which is good up to 15-16psi and your still able to run the stock fuel system. all you'd need to add to your setup before turning up the boost is getting a QUALITY boost gauge so you can monitor how many lbs your boosting.

now. you could have easily answered your question by going to the yellow "search" button on the toolbar at the top of the site, then click "search forums" and in the search window type in "max stock boost" and you would have pulled up a thread that asked that same question back in 2002. http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/bolt-tech/22531-max-boost-stock-engine.html#post184794

...and depending on the way you word your search you can pull up a whole bunch of stuff. like "max boost t25" and you would have pulled up this thread http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/newbie-forum/128278-max-boost-4-t25.html#post1039120

don't blow up your car and welcome to the site.
