victoria,
Hi, I'm new to DSM and my first project is to hook up a Boost Gauge. So I found this topic on DSM tech : tp://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=205099 by DGajre777. I did the same think but the gauge doesn't move or show me how much psi I'm running. So I am I doing any thing wrong or does any body know why isn't working with me.

You're sure you are using the line from the fuel pressure solenoid? My first time I tapped into the purge control solenoid line by accident, even with a good how-to LOL. Double check just in case,it happens to everyone:thumb:

Edit:New or old gauge?

easiest way to tell if your tapping the right line is look for the fuel pressure solenoid, you'll know which one it is by this little piece coming out of it.

That's how I figured out I had tapped the wrong solenoid...remember the one with the "knob" is what you want LOL

I'm using a Mechanical gauge and I did the same thing as in the pics. I think the gauge is not working but its brandnew!. What do you think?

I took it back because its was broken for shower. So guys what do you think about ebay gauges is it good or not?

i got 2 gauges and a pod, i saw them on ebay but i didn't buy them on ebay, i went to their website. the gauges are called glowshift gauges. they are really nice gauges and the cool thing about them is they have 7 interchangeable colors. mine work perfectly fine and they were only about $80 for 2 gauges and a pod.

Glowshift makes good stuff. I've used many of their products.
