I know I know you have to have the scan tool to disconnect the ISC from the circuit to set the base idle with the BISS but does anyone know if you can set it without the damn scan tool it seems like a freaking joke that mitsubishi would do that bull crap I mean seriously thats rediculous. I'm pissed cause my idle has been 1500rpm for like a week now and it's just getting on my nerves. vacum is 18 so I serioulsy doubt it's a vacum problem. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
