Look for some help
I did some maintenance on my 2G with a 1G motor I put new motor mounts I put new alternator power steering pump starter intake manifold gasket fuel injector O-rings fuel lab fuel filter, JM fab vacuum distribution I unplugged everything and plugged everything back start the car and it just revs up to 5000, my laptop is not connecting to the ecu and ideas??

When I start the car the rpm shoot up to 5000. Yes I took the Throttle body off people keep saying the cable I took the cable off the Throttlebody And still rev very high. I plug back the air idle control Still rev high trying to put a video but it won’t let me

Did you do anything to the tb when you had it off? Change seals, remove shaft, remove plate??? Can you manually open and close the plate freely? Read the link I sent you to connect to link. You might have incorrectly installed tps

Only thing I did was I took the air idle speed sensor the previous owner look like he injected some rubber in it I cleaned it out and put the plate to block it . Started the car idled very high put the sensor back on and still idling high I did not replace anything else inside the throttlebody

I have a fuel pressure gauge and it’s at 80 at 5000 RPM

Is this the Idle speed control sensor

That is the idle air control valve. Removing that rubber piece probably caused the issue. People block the inner piece of the metal housing on the inside, the piece is called the fast idle air valve and opens when the coolant is hot

The picture you have is of 2 pieces. It's the idle air control valve and the fiav.

I'm willing to bet the fiav is bad and needs to be bypassed

I can only imagine that all the rtv you took out created a huge vacuum leak. What is your vacuum, even at 5k?

Now we’re getting somewhere. For future reference, you should always include important information like this in your posts. Pictures help as well.

I put the rtv back where it was then I try it out tomorrow

That fiav hasnt had coolant through it for a long time, it needs reconnected or blocked off properly, rubber rtv doesnt cut it, it needs a blockoff plate, theres where your problem is.

I removed the rtv and used the plate. Took the plate off put the fiav back on still rev hi so I going to put the rtv back in it let dry and try it again. I had someone come look at it seem to be like full throttle but it closed and the cable not connected to it..

If you would do a boost leak test, you would find this mysterious leak.

Yes, a leak is a leak so pressurized air will point it out. Get a nice spray bottle of soapy water, but if it is significant, you will HEAR it and it will be obvious. :)

I hope the blockoff plate you refer to is actually the bypass plate for the FIAV not the ISC/IAC blockoff plate that is also available. If you removed the IAC (the big black sensor on your TB) for any reason make sure the o ring is still in place. The FIAV bypass can be modded for free but can be problematic so most people just use the $10 plate.
Besides doing the obvious BLT did you try adjusting the BISS to bring the idle down? I've often had to do BISS adjustments after TB related jobs. Turn it clockwise to see if the idle drops. Otherwise retrace your steps and triple check all your newly replaced vacuum hoses and their clamps.
