Here are 2 logs, first was taken after i put Evo8 Injectors (has some cruse time in it) and the second one was taken after i installed walbro 190 (also has some cruse time).

Before i could crank up my boost to 15 and it would start to misfire at about 14-15 psi, now even after upgrading my injectors and pump it still miss fires at 15-16 psi. Would boost leak test help here ? i know i have some leaks but they are barely significant, i couldnt even spot them without spraying with soapy water.

Please check these logs and see if my idling and some of the cruse is at the right tune :)

the one that is 06 is with injectors
the one that is with 07 is with walbro190

Idle tune seems fine. As far as breaking up under boost. What spark plugs are you running and at what gap? Also, you've done no tuning for WOT. However, it still "shouldn't" break up. You have a wideband on the car?

ChickenPatty's questions are valid but you NEED to fix those boost leaks, you're probably going pig rich in boost and breaking up because of it.

Boost leak testing should be done on a turbo car at least every oil change, typically 3,000 miles, if not more. Ignoring boost leaks and just moving on with tuning is going to get you know where, performance suffers and you're just beating on the motor and over working the turbo doing it.

Fix your boost leaks and then post a new log of a SINGLE WOT pull in 3rd gear from 3k to 6k. Just let us know what your boost pressure setting is at and update your mods list in your user profile because "Garrett t28" isn't your only mod. Dropping $150 - $200 on a LC1/MTX-L wideband o2 sensor would be money well spent too...

I guess that's what I get for posting at almost 2am on about 2 hrs of sleep for the whole weekend LOL. I completely forgot about the part about boost leaks by the time I got back here from looking at the log. :ohdamn:

That's why I asked him about the wideband. Figured with fuel mods and no WOT tuning done that I recall from looking at the settings, figured the car would be going pig rich. Then, factor in the boost leaks.

So i put together a boost leak tester for like 17$ from materials i got from ACE. Did a boost leak test and found that i have a big one at the throttle body, and i believe its a big Oring that is on the left side of the throttle body, also had a bad one from a screw that is in the throttle body, o ring went out too. I already fixed one, and will probably fix the rest today.

I don't have a wideband installed yet, but i am waiting for a good day here in CO so i can install that thing in. :)
