im no car guru, but as i understand it a car is
in open loop when warming up and doesn't run of O2 reading, Revs are higher as to warm the coolant quicker.
in closed loop it reads O2 and sets the required amount of fuel to idle.
well heres my issue, i have a weird TB with a manual Idle Screw
i set the idle at 1300~ when cold and it idles fine
as soon as i take off and hit around 20mph it goes into closed loop and then idles WAY HIGH around 2500~ so i have to stop and readjust the idle manually.
when switching into closed loop isn't the idle meant to drop? not increase?
will attach a log and pic of TB shortly.
cheers janken.
p.s. running V3link, 93octane, TB doesn't have and idle switch so simulating.using link.
