Identify this ECU

Ok so I think I'm screwed .....just pulled the ECU out of my 95 to send out to dsmchips and checked the code number....md312464 with an E in the lower corner....all good right??? Just for the hell of it i took the cover off and I dont see an eprom!!! I'm thinking this is not an eprom ecu.....

Says that you're ECU number will 'likely' contain an Eprom, but not guaranteed. You got the bad end of the deal?

That's 100% non eprom.

Someone swapped the case on that ECU. The case number does not match the processor number. Someone's trying to be sneaky somewhere.

well it was on the car when i bought it and the car was bone stock except for an injen intake so probably was "upgraded" after the original took a crap???

1676 is from a MD321911 ECU. The number on the connector is the last 4 digits of the E2T number. You'll note that the case says it should have a 1672 board inside (E2T61672).

Well im already WAYYY over budget on this build so whats the difference now....just unloaded some stocks i was saving for a rainy day......even though i took a helluva hit on em :*( Talked to jeff at dsmchips and will be having him send me an ECU with STG 3 chip!
