Review this log and identify problem

I need someone to review this log and tell me what happened around 4400 RPM. I was in 3rd gear doing a pull, and at about the time all the knock appears, my car sounds like it misfires. I havent tried to go passed this point because I do not want to blow my motor. Can someone give me some suggestions?
