I have high readings on both and don't know where to start. I don't have any vac or boost leaks (tested to 30psi). I bypassed the FIAV with the RRE method of screwing in the valve the whole way. My BISS was just about bottomed out on this log too. The ISC is new from last week.

Should I be concerned? This log is the last one I have and I couldn't get idle below 1000. I went for a drive and came back and I was able to get the idle down to 800 but my numbers were still reading high.

Any ideas?

For whatever reason I can't load your log and help but hopefully this advice helps to get everything in link setup the way it needs to be.

You need to let the car warm up to Op Temp before you try making adjustments, add IscPos and LrndIdleAdj and check the readings. Your IscPos should be right around 30, if not adjust your BISS in or out depending to get it there. Once you set it around 30 it shouldn't jump around either, +/- 1 from 30 is normal but if its jumping all over I'd start checking the ISC. With the BISS set LrndIdleAdj should be right around 140, again if it isn't pull off the ISC and test it to make sure it passes the resistance checks using a DMM.

Make sure you have the newest version of ECMLink. My ICS and Lrndidleadj hardly move at all even when the car is up to temperature. On the log my BISS was screwed in just about the whole way as well.

If those two readings make sense in your log and the thing still idles high check the tension on your throttle cable. When the car warms up things expand so if theres already a bit of tension on the cable when its cold it will pull even tighter when it heats up, causing it to idle high.

That's just it, the car isn't idling high. This morning it was idling at 800 and I got it adjusted to 1000 after finding a leaking BISS. The log posted is from this evening with the fixed leak and the numbers are WAY off from what is reccommended all with the idle I selected.

Im not understanding the issue I guess, and I got the new firmware so I'm actually looking at your logs.
Your TPSVolt is perfect, your IscPosition is +20, and your LrndIdleAdj is +40 from nominal but your car is idling perfect at 1k just like you have it setup for in your settings. So whats the problem if your cars idling just fine, who cares if the numbers aren't making sense if its idling like it should?

Maybe Tom or Dave will see something or have a trick up there sleeve but I say if its idling like it should and you have no vacuum/boost leaks theres nothing to fix.

Your car isn't a '95/'96 so I'm guessing your NOT running a '95/'96 CAS so you should check the box in the Misc tab.

I'm just trying to understand why everyone says the numbers need to be around x amount. They used to hover around the proper values but now they don't. All I have is just the BISS and ICS; the FIAV is bypassed with the RRE method of bottoming out the spring valve.

I'll get the box checked for the cam sensor as well. I haven't even noticed that yet :ohdamn:
