I think the only people who would be able to give you proof have already spoken up (at least those who have seen the thread). The average DSMer wouldn't know for sure. I would trust Marti's comments. So this thread is likely to go off topic due to the fact that very few, if anyone has actual proof. DSMers are cheap, how many are going to tear their coilovers apart to look for physical proof?
People will tear stuff apart that they can put back together. Coilovers would have to be cut apart to see if everything is the same. Doubt you'll a DSMer do that.
True, I guess you wouldn't have to destroy the shock body, not sure why I was thinking that. With the limited number of DSMers that even have coilovers, I still doubt that we'll see people volunteering to take them apart to post photos and measurements.
I think what Andrew is saying is, post an explanation along with your reply. The post I quoted doesn't do much to get a point across or help in this discussion all by itself. No sense in trying to get people to say "a-ha!" in a discussion like this. If the photo depicts something that proves the products are different or the same, say so. Or if it's just there for a reference say so.
