I Need To Know If This Is Possible Running A 16g With...

Is it possible to run a 16g With a Manual Boost Control, Blow off Valve and Intercooler pipeing.?? everything else stock i know people do it but can i ruin anything. have 100k on my car and if i boost no more than 15 psi. can i run it???

I would rewire your fuel pump. It is very cheap and easy to do. But other than that, yes, 15PSI will be fine. NO MORE THOUGH. But definitly rewire the pump. Look into at least a cat back exhaust of 2 1/2". If you don't plan to do much more modding 2 1/2" will be fine, and not too expensive either. Just a thought...

i have around 1200 to spend so i need some more opinions before i do buy a 16g turbo and bov intercooler pipeing. for now can i run on the stock cat back??

There would be nothing mechanically preventing your car from running with that setup. It wouldn't run particularly well or be very fast but it could be done. Unless your stock turbo is on it's way out I would start doing some supporting mods first, then upgrade the turbo later.

I would get a new UICP, a MBC, a new BOV, and an exhaust. People have run 13's with just this setup on a 2G AWD, so you should be able to have some fun with it too.

hmz so it sound spossible it looks like, i wont be pushing no more than 15 psi, im not lookng for all out pwer just a bite if yah know what i mean, so it looks like it could work keep the opinions coming thx.

First stop bumping the thread, it's against the rules and annoying. It sounds like you're going to do what you want no matter what. If you do run the 16g with stock everything else it's likely to feel slower than the T25. The stock bypass valve cannot hold more than 13-14 psi without leaking and the stock UICP is of horrendous design. I would get an UICP, a nive bypass valve of your choice and then get a downpipe, testpipe or high flow cat, and a catback. If you can't do all the exhaust at once start from the back forward. There's a reason they are called "supporting" mods.

Agreed. Please read the forums rules before posting. Is there any reason why you are upgrading to a 16G? Like syn said, if your stocker is still up and moving, just follow the mod list and things will be much better for you.

I'm not sure of your power goals but you may want to get a Big T-28 or a 14B...the 14B being a very cost effective upgrade, I'm not sure how much the install kit is for a 2G for one, but you can pick up a good 14B for around $100. Good luck on your build.

it seems like you want people to tell you to get the 16g. Every one said get the supporting mods then the turbo. You got all the useful info you need.
