Ok. I know this all has been said already and gone over in other threads but I can’t find what I’m specifically looking for for my situation.

Here’s the build: 1997 eclipse GS-T swapped with a 95 Talon 6 bolt 4G63. Stage 3 ACT Clutch,
oe spec pistons, forged rods (forget the brand) stage 3 head, ported and polished. Hks atmospheric BOV, Greddy Fmic, 70mm journal bearing turbo, forced performance intake. AEM
electronic boost controller, 38mm external
wastegate, aftermarket exhaust. Mishimoto
radiator with reversed fans. ECU was sent off to DSMLINK.

Right now, she barely idles. Takes a long time to start and sputters and sputters till she does. Takes some rpm’s and then drops back off. Will drive for about 10 feet then fall flat on its face and dies. Runs real rich as well. You can smell the fuel overloading. Fuel pump primes when you turn the key to the “on” position. Already rerouted the plug wires to the correct diagram, and have taken the whole kit apart from the turbo to the throttle body to fix any potential boost leaks. I am not going to lie, this is my first venture with any car of this type. I am a big v8 magnum guy but thought this could be interesting.

The AEM truboost controller has started throwing the ERS code which means it’s either disconnected or faulted out. Temp sensor doesn’t work for some reason and GLOWSHIFT oil pressure sensor has doesn’t work as well. The power comes on for it all but no readings. AEM airfuel gauge works as well as stock boost gauge. Blow off doesn’t seem to work either

I drove her about 10 feet today and she way over heated and started pissing coolant from an unknown location. It’s too low to see under but is in the photos. Engine hasn’t even been drove on the street since full build.

Any help or knowledge would just be fantastic.

Ok. Let’s get some updating in here. I have decided that this car needs a restart on the built. I’ve torn it down to everything basically besides the long block. I’m installing new sensors all the way around. New plus, wires, coil packs, 1000cc FIC injectors, evil energy braided fuel lines, fuel filter, and new regulator. New charge piping that all corresponds with itself is coming. Adapter to make my bov recirculating. Everything I need. Got my fans to work and a new thermostat already installed. Basically, I’m going to start from the beginning and fix everything that is wrong with this build that the previous owner did to it. Fixed most of the wiring but I still have more to go. I’ll keep everything updated as I go with brands and specs! Maybe I’ll have a car working the next year LOL
 
Lets bring this back! To start with an update, I have made a couple upgrades and fixed a lot of issues. Currently, I have got all new IC piping, all 2.5 inch, coming from a GT3582R turbo, going to a Mishimoto R-Line intercooler. Pressure tested up to 22 psi with no leaks. System depletes after about 2 minutes. Coolant temp sensors, wideband, IACV and TPS have all been replaced with OEM. New intake manifold gasket as well as exhaust manifold, valve cover and plugs. NGK plug wires and coil packs are new as well as plugs. All wiring that has been messed with has been fixed properly. Sunroof control module installed and now sunroof works.

Heres the issues im having: coolant system started pressurizing and blowing out or reservoir after all mods were installed and system refilled with fluids after 1.5 years. Happened on first start up and still havent been able to start to tune for idle. I removed thermostat to eliminate that as a possibility and coolant still proceeded to push. Tore the motor down and headgasket was trash. Checked block and head for warpage with "straight edge" after cleaning and found nothing wrong. Valve seats and valves looked good. Piston tops and block looked brand new besides minor carbon build up that wiped right off. Took 600 grit sandpaper and removed the old gasket residue and anything left over. Threw on new Feltpro graphite gasket and secured head with feltpro head studs torqued by their description. Put everything back together and refilled all fluids. Burped coolant system as much as possible without running engine. Fired engine and idle ran to 1900 rpsm and stayed. Pressure checked system to 25 psi after putting everything together before first fire. White smoke cleared after a while and then came back. Idle dropped to 1500 rps wonce some heat came in and bounced between 1500 and 1600. Bubbles came from coolant then stopped. Thermostat opened and coolant started swirling then started to push out. White smoke tells me Headgasket failed again somehow or I did it improperly.

Going to order a true mechanics straight edge and feeler gages and check head and block properly. Cosnetic headgasket, ACL oil pump, OEM waterpump, new timing belt, ARP head bolts, racing thermostat, and balance shaft belt. I will need help with tuning once its all put back together and hopefully wants to run right. Thanks to anyone still following adn willing to help
