I almost thought this was gonna be impossible without an adapter ring, but after having it x-rayed with some stuff from my friends shop i saw there was enough and started in on it. It took a while due tobreaking a boring bar and breaking my TIR gauge and having to get new ones, but i got home today to tryu and mail it out and took some finished pics

Here's pics showing from where i had to move the area where the blades transition from major to minor diameters by over 9.2mm and make everything elsemove with it as well as keepping the major wheel in-line with the volute so it will spool... This is a mitsu bolt flage turbine housing made for a GT35R BB turbo (which anyone who's had JB vs. BB apart you know the difference at the turbine on the garretts

letme know what you guys think.. This is the 5th one someone has asked me to do forthem (first that wasn't a T3 housing) and they are getting easier, but still require a lot of setup on the mill

Nice work, what's the a/r of the housing? I've been interested in putting a vband inlet/outlet housing on a holset.

I'm unsure of the AR as it's not marked.. ifi had to guess i'd say no larger than .63 in comparison to garrett specs

What about the wall that separates the O2 housing outlet and the turbine outlet? I assume the flapper door will welded shut and an external WG run on the manifold?

I'm actually about to run the same thing, though on an H1E. (Precision 35r turbine housing machined for hx40) Just finished piecing everything together that I need. We shall see how well it works.

THis one was an H1E that i fit into the precision housing. ON my personal car i have an h1c that's been converted to an HX40 compressor housing and wheel and was fitted to a T3 housing that is 5 bolt ford/volvo style housing (best clearance to the bl0ock with that housing compared to the 4 bolts that are sold already cast for holset turbines)

This one wasa lot moreworkthan i thought it would be but i got it done (even sent it to x-ray before machining to be sure i didn't ruin the housing) But anyway, this is what i live and love to do, can't wait till the customer gets it :)
