1G HVAC heater doesn't open all the way

Okay so I don't have good heat like many other 1g Eclipse and I notice that when I turn the knob to the red side (heat) it doesn't move much at all! That wire that goes to the heater vents. So can iIlube the wires up or is it something wrong here?

Okay so that valve changer thing moves without problem but i found that the wire is like stuck and bent like a u turn?! So either i lube up the wire hehe or buy a new wire somewhere

I will but how the hell do i remove it the wire dont come of the plastic holder with a metal clips holding it have tried pull it hard but nope stuck like a bee!!

Is it suppose to be straight? If so, straighten it and try jb weld or quick steel or have someone weld it

That's cheap. The bottom cable is bent in that pic. Wonder why it broke?

I didn't look close but I think the ad said they had 6 units in stock so would be best to point out you want the "best" one , especially if I had to have it shipped to Europe.

Okay so ive put an order on one of those hvac
And why it bent is the lube inside the wire hole was all dry and the rubber had cracks to. Such a bi*** to pull of
