Are you serious? 420A Transmissions are the worst ever! Don't be proud to own a Dodge Transmission. I've gone through tons of them because of power and hell just because. I went through two on a stock 420A Dodge Avenger. And about 3 of them on my 420A Turbo Eclipse. I've replaced a bunch of transmissions for customers with 420A Cars. Hardly ever Neons but I still get neons. Dodge Transmissions are weak!

It may have been dont once or twice but doubtfull but its not a normal thing.

its like saying all you need to run 9s is a 14b, may have been done before but not a common occurance or anything.

Why you laughing? Its been done more than once or twice. Its been done a lot. DRKSTAR dyno'ed at 520awhp on a 90 GSX with a completely stock long block @ 25ishPSI! No Internals!!!!!! So, I believe that means, Bolt Ons and Tuning! He's just someone that lives in the same City as me.

I see numerous times people dyno'ing in the low to high 500's close to 600 on their original, stock motor!

About the transmissions, HAHN's racecar runs the orginal tranny, and so do many fast 420a cars. Have you ever found a place that builds BUILT trannies for 420a's NO, because they dont need them. I hate to say it but the 420a trannies are stronger than our 4g63 counterparts. BTW() I personally know a guy who traps 140 mph on a stock block 6-bolt, and has been doing it for a year.

first of all, to who ever made the crack ab me being behind the driver seat, ive made several posts saying i jus bought this car, I BOUGHT IT WRECKED, and with no motor. and second of all, im just trying to figure out exactly what this car will do. i bought it because i was tired of the 5 miles a gallon i get in my 9 second camaro. enough of the wise cracks. i do know what im doing on vehicles, but i didnt no what i could get out of a import.
