How to plug a water hole on a turbo center section

Hey guys. I bought a 20g that came off of a Subaru.

The water lines are in different locations and I need to block off the bottom port in this pic.

I figured I could just put a short bolt in there with a crush washer but I can't find one thats short enough.

I think jb weld would melt. What if I put a threaded plug in there with some rtv and Teflon tape? Do you think that'd work?

Huzzah!!! I have found a suitable solution. An old oil pan drain plug!

Any 14mm x 1.5 plug.

Or you could just not run water to the turbo.

I didn't plug the holes, just left them open, over a year and probably a 100 track passes later, no issues.
