How to get biss screw out

Just thought i'd add my contribution. Today i realized when i went to adjust my biss that they apparently over time disentigrate. I took a hammer and hit a flat head into the screw until it made an indention then i more or less twisted it until it crumbled to peices. Regardless if yor biss seems to be in decent shape you could try and tap it with a screw driver, then pull it out with pliers when it gets loosened.
