How much power to expect from these mods?

Hello dsm tuners I am searching for an eclipse and I found one in mint condition on cragslist with few mods and I was wondering how much hp to expect from this car. Here they are MHI Evo3 16g Turbocharger, 3 inch trubo back, and bosch coil packs. my guess was roughly 260 maybe?

I'd be careful about buying it with the Evo3 16g on it unless you know for sure it's a real Evo turbo. I've seen tons of craigslist ads that have put a cheap ebay 16g on it to try and sell it for more.

thanks for the input im kinda torn between this eclipse and an 04 srt4 running on 20 psi im assuming the eclipse im looking at wouldnt be as fast right ?

Done right an evo3 set can make 360+awhp. And 20psi on what turbo? Srt4 are ok even being fwd, but I'll never own one after having my dsm's.

It depends on the setup for both cars honestly if it's a stock srt4 I'd see them being about even you can always up the boost on the eclipse as well if it has a upgraded fuel system and a way to tune.

There are things that help a FWD DSM. But nothing like an AWD launch.

hard to say, cuz the tuning solution and how everything is setup will give you a more direct answer. IE: take it to a dyno.

I don't think you will get more then 200, it doesn't need only the turbo to go fast, but it needs a lot more then that.

To bump up the boost on the Evo it needs bigger injectors, and when adding bigger injectors it needs some sore of tunning (Ecmlink, SAFC, EMS Etc, Etc), you can rewire the stock fuel pump or do an upgrade.

You can't just add a bigger turbo and go faster.

I'm with miguel up here^^^. Take an almost 20 year old car, throw on a bigger turbo at probably stock boost, sounds like stock injectors, with a whoopty do fart can and bosch "coil packs", do you mean a coil over plug setup? Or just a replacement coil? Either way, unless the stock one was bad, both were a waste of money over stock.

I'd say given pretty much 20 years of abuse.... making the stock 190hp would be amazing for that car.
