How much interest in automatic tranny rebuild tech article?

I have my transmission out to rebuild right now and actually have it torn apart and was thinking about doing a tech article on how to rebuild a 2g awd automatic transmission. Even though its already apart I could take really good pics as I put it back together and use them for disassembly pics also. I was just wondering how much interest there would be in an article like this? How many people would actually benefit from it and try to do the transmission rebuild themselves? It will take me alot longer putting it back together to take pics of the right steps and all, but if enough people are interested I will do it. I actually know next to nothing about these things but my dad is helping me do it and knows alot about it and would help me write the article. It really is alot easier than you would think!

Sounds like that could be cool, i already rubuilt mine, But im sure it could help someone when theres goes bad. Hmm i never thought of making a tech article on mine.

That would be great. Im thinking about taking my in to get it rebuild. If there is a tech article that will teach us how to do it I would definately do on my own. It will save me so much money.

Great idea. I am pulling mine this weekend and rebuilding with IPT's performance kit.

Sorry guys. Started tearing into it further on the valve body and noticed that some valves were seized up and shift kit spring was snapped in three pieces and several other things were fubard. Got pissed off right off the bat and didn't take any pics. I will tell you all though that the manual from IPT on rebuilding these transmissions is EXCELLENT! It is step by step on every single thing that you have to do and has PLENTY of illustrations!! Sorry again guys.

I assume the manual in question is the ATSG Repair Manual that IPT (and others) sells.
