How many at me can be horses?

I have bought Talon TSI AWD 94 ' and the whole year thought, that in it 210 hp as to me the previous owner has told. On some sites it has really been written, that Talon, not Eclipse, has 210 hp. But only after I have got on this site, I have understood, that have been deceived.
It would be desirable to learn, whether were Talons with 210 hp? At me the factory turbine 14B. What at me all the same was factory capacity? It is important for me, as I want to count up how many at me now hp?
Now she in any case is more, as I have established boost-controller, S-AFC II, 2,5” exhaust, Walbro 255, intercooler & intake titanium pipes.

In Ukraine I don't know. But in Kiev there are about 100 1G NT, not much 2G NT, a few 2G T and about 10 1G T, but a majority is blind.
We don't have a DSM-club because only some persons who has this cars are fond of sports driving and tuning. I'm not sure that in Kiev is the another crazy man (only me) who want make Eclipse/Talon race quickly
