I can't seem to get anthing over stock timing without knocking :( I'm going to and see what happens by zeroing out timing, af of around 11.4 and 20psi. I like to run pumpgas because thats what I use on the street. My car has never even seen racegas for that matter.
 
As long as you can compensate for the bigger injector on pump, I would go with 720's, a 255hp pump and an adjustable FPR (not a must though).
 
Even at 21-22 degrees advance I still dont get knock. Just little blips here and there. I dont run WI as Kyle said, but I'd like to play with propane injection some day. Either on the car or the turbo diesel tow vehicle :) Until I get back to the point where knock is an issue though, its hard to justify the time and money.

Its also worth mentioning that for the last 2 years I struggled with bad head rebuilds. I would always burn a bit of oil. It really makes a mess of your engine. Pistons mostly. There was a time when I cleaned off the top of the pistons with a screwdriver, hour after hour of chipping away at it, LOL. My knock problems all but dissapeared. I was running 20 degrees or so on pump at 25 psi on a 50 trim. But before long it was all crudded up again. Lately I have been running relatively fresh motors, and recently started using a new machinist, taking care of my oil burning problem. I expect this motor will stay clean inside much longer. And this is important for pump gas power.
 
that's a good point.. a dirty engine can make pump gas tuning into hell sometimes.. i should probably get around to using some MCCC eventually

i trapped 111 on my setup @ 20 lbs with knock retarding my timing back to 15 or so... i was running way lean that night for some reason.. issue has since been fixed though, i'm hoping with that solved and now getting 20-21* advance i should get a couple more mph out of this setup on pump gas at that boost level
