On my timing i never did the cylinder one part. Just lined them up. So how do i go about getting the cylinder part right? thanks

Would a out of balance shaft make it read Zero compression?
Yup with them line up perfectly on the cams. But when the cylinder is tdc my main pulley is maybe a half cm past the tdc on the timing cover.
