I have no spark on one cylinder and that is number one cylinder. all the other plugs have fire just not number one.

I thought probably power tr unit. any ideas?

ive seen my dad do this many times. umm tak the spark plug cover off and dis atach the wire from the spar plug. the put like a screw driver in it (the one you can take out and flip the ends ). so the the metal touches the inside of the wire and theres a metal part exposed.. hold at an angle so that it wont slide out. dont touch anything metal on the car!!!! ask some one to start it as u hold it about 1 inch above the valve cover. if u see a spark the wire is good. if you dont try swaping wires w/ one that does work if still no spark check the distributer...
