ok this guy is selling a 99 eclipse gst he says that his running big turbo but it looks like the stock t25 but maybe t28 i don't know, and i notice that he's running 3 catback and the down pipe looks like 2.5 not sure, but the big question is how can i identified if is a 6 bolt?? i know the 7 bolt dont have a sensor on the side of the VC
please help!.

97-99 do have a CAS on the side of the valve cover like the 1g's do, but they look different.
Look at the water pipe and see if it goes up or down(6bolt)
Also look at the intake manifold.... if there is a SENSOR on top with a wiring plug on it (MAP) ITS A 2G 7BOLT. Check also if u can see where the tranny mates with the block.. if it looks like someone forgot a bolt on the bellhousing.... u got a 6 bolt BLOCK.

Use the search button feature to discover what it takes to put a 6bolt on a 2g dsm nxt time.

With those sensors there it could still be a 6-bolt block with a 2G head on it. Which is what I am running.
Here is a VFAQ link for the ways to tell about the block, although the apparent missing trans bolt on the front side mentioned earlier is the easiest external check.

How to quickly tell a 6bolt and 7bolt engine apart

That is no tell at all between 6-bolt and 7-bolt engines. All 1G 4G63 cars have four fasteners mating the transmission and block together: three threading into the block and one (in the rear) threading into the transmission. The original 2G 4G63 engines have an extra fastener threading into the block in the front.

Check the oil pan like SOADweskey suggested. This is, by far, the best method for checking what block you have. There are other methods if you are certain the engine is "original" like checking the length (84mm for 6-bolt, 97mm for 7-bolt) or diameter (12mm for 6-bolt, 11mm for 7-bolt) of the head bolts. The problem is that even a 7-bolt block can be machined to accept 6-bolt head studs; it's a lot of work and never really worth it, but it can be done. You can be reasonably certain, because of the difficulty, that the head bolts are an accurate indicator of 6-bolt vs. 7-bolt. But the oil pan never lies; they are not interchangeable between a 6-bolt and 7-bolt.
