There is a hose that runs from the back of the intake mani to the fire wall. Anyone know what this is for.

The reason i am asking is because my first GSX didnt have it and this one does.

I know that my first GSX did not have the OG motor in it. This is the one that does not have that line there. I think it was from a 97-99 since i have two CAS on that one. (one is not connected)

This pic is of a 95 GSX i have know and this one does have the fitting. As far as i know this is the OG mani that came with the car.

So my question know is where do 97-99 have their brake boost line?

Only differences in the car was that one had ABS and the other didnt. That make a difference?

ill post pics of both of my Intake mani's i have at home later. One with the spot for it and on with out it.

im pretty sure he is talking about the windsheild washer hose it comes out by the battery. i was also trying to fiqure out were it went and found that was its purpose

As the great grandson of the OP and the person who inherited the car, I, for one, appreciate the response as I can now finish building the car. My patience paid off, no thanks to Gofer and Bryan.
