ok so I'm getting a holset h1c and I don't know what kind of wastrgate spring tp get. what power will that thing create.

should I get 1 bar or less.

WTF There's an entire "way too much information" book of threads on this site devoted to these turbos.

But I'd get a 1 bar spring or a bit higher and let the MBC or EBC do the rest.

Read man! There's plenty of info on H1C's in those threads. Why are you looking for what power at whatever boost gives you?

It's not, because no one can know, every car is different.

because I need some advice on which tial spring to get.

I know that the spring is the least amount of boost I'll see and I don't wanna get too low of a spring and then have to mbc it up like 10psi. Also I don't wanna get too high of a spring and get stuck running too much boost for the power.

Get a 1bar for starters.
Springs are usually good up to around twice their rated pressure
