here's the oil feed i came up with for my holset.
You can see in the pics what side goes to what component, at each end there is a fitting (for OFH and CHRA) that are machined/tapped to accept a banjo bolt with -4 (or -3 swappable) fittings
the smallest hole in any fitting on this setup is .123"
My concern is some where I read not to feed a holset from a banjo bolt, but i can't find annything else to support it now that i'm looking for it.. any facts onthat would be nice (facts though
)
Also, on the turbo and OFH ends my other option is to cut and tap the fittings for 1/8th NPT and put a 90* block to feed the oil to the side andnot straigt out of the OFH towards the ground, or up into the header at the CHRA and come 1/8NPT to -4 fitting out of that type of fitting instead of a banjo bolt)
I can measure pressure at the line via a -4 male female fitting with a tap in the middle for a gauge, so if it's too high i can step down to a -3AN line with a smallest diameter of .090" (or use a restricted banjo bolt i already made on the -4)
please, let me knowif you'd think this will do fine for the oil feed, this was the last part to get in order and now i can install my holset when i have time (should only take an afternoon/evening tops)

(got restrictors available if needed so i think i'm good unless i need a bigger drain, but i guess I could rush it if needed) Just wish i had an extra 90* cast elbow just in case i had to go back to the to4e for some reason. I'll build the ball bearing 50 trim when the holset goes on. I'm just praying it spools up faster than the results forcefed saw on his garret housing'd holset. If not i may go mad and build a true TS manifold from sch-40 els and find a small holset TS 12cm^2 housing to run
