hesitation, bog at WOT

Ok so 5 Ecu's later, link, and other stuff I just added. FIAV/ISC Blockoff, TB Shaft seals, new BOV, well, I got the car running again today, I always had this problem where it would hesitate at 4k for a bit, then loss of power, boost leak? I have no idea, I use the fog machine to check leaks, and it was only at the TB. Well After I replaced the shaft seals and FIAV/ISC Block off, my vacuum is normal 18 in hg, But now under WOT It seems to bog at 4k hesistate and all the bs. Is this a boost leak? I have no idea, I also have to replace the injector wires tomorrow because the wires are kind of rigged. So, does anyone else have an idea besides BLT? Was I supposed to put RTV on the tb when reinstalling? When I took it off it didnt have rtv on it at all.

Whenever I drive my car, the temp gauge cools down, like if I mash on the freeway or turn my heater on, the temp gauge always drops.

I just tried to adjust my tps, it worked then it fluctuated , from .63-.65v the offset and everythings there but while logging it, it still counts it as 80% throttle with the offset , also my fuel trimd are there but wont log, what do i do about that?

Oh yea, Ive noticed this, and its not always, I get full light bars of knock sometimes even if im not boosting, and sometimes its 3/6 bars for 5 psi, and sometimes no knock at all for boost 20 psi. I have no idea about this. I will be changing the thermostat tomorrow.

If it still shows 80% while gas pedal is all the way down, perhaps you throttle cable/pedal do not open throttle plate all the way to 100% open position. You can experiment by dataloging with engine off and using your hand to move throttle plate all the way into open position and then verifying you logged 100% WOT.

The other item you mentioned about knock under vacuum is most likely a phantom knock, what RPM range does it occure more offten? There is a function in ECMLink where you can activate knock sensor above certain RPM range and/or certain ammount of throttle position, this option is under "ALS/Knck" menu.

Did you have a chance to try out a different thermostat?

resolved, the last 4k miles i have been driving with one intake valve not opening due to a fallen rocker. Tre3zy and KillaDSM fixed my problem tonight thinking i had to re torque the head and I saw the rocker. replaced and good to go.
