What is this code that my transmission brings

I want to buy a torque converter, if I buy it with that code I get W4331 and this one on my transmission is F4A33K1UPQ

They use the same torque converter, part number MD735138. Not sure what guys are doing for them since they are discontinued through Mitsubishi.
