Okay, so this is my first time tuning with SD, and I've made the basic sensor input changes, fuel base settings, and it likes to stall every now and then on let off, and idles funky. This is a 2.0L, 264* cams, b16g turbo, FMIC, Evo 3 IM, and PTE 1000cc injectors. Let me know if there is anything obvious I'm missing, I'm just looking to stabilize the idle/coasting/clutch out to not stall, and keep the car healthy enough to DD until storage this winter. I know the car is a bit hot, but that is a work in progress. This is using the Omnipower GM style 4 bar, AEM IAT, and the ECMLink plug and play harness.

I should mention that the error code "MAP sensor not found" comes up when trying to use the logs for SD suggestions. I switched to corn, and that helped temps and smoother driving.

You're VE table is probably too high in the idle and cruise regions. Everything else looks pretty decent. No wideband? If so, it's not setup in the ecu pins area. You need to log ISC position.

Thank you I'll switch ISC on, and good to know, but I am not sure without the MAP sensor being detected apparently where on the table I am exactly. The wideband is present, but not logging. Using it in place of the downstream o2.

I'm not sure what's going on with the MAP, but go under ecu pin assignments and change the rear o2 to your wideband and save the pin assignment. Make sure you capture that wideband under "captured values" so that it shows up in the next log.

Got it! Sorry for the delay, had an erroneous water pump belt issue, and should be datalogging tonight or tomorrow with those changes made.

Fo sho, my bro.

SO, I turned down the boost later on in these, to get a better feel for the cell changes in the VE, but the log shows the 4 bar not reading correctly, and I wonder if it frankly is defective? It's brand new is the weird thing. That said, I found the ISC option to log, and I think the Biss needs to come out another turn, but otherwise running pretty well, despite some smoothness issues, and no way to track the datalog with the VE tables thanks to a failure to see the MAP sensor.

Run SDadjust and let Link help you dial in the idle and cruise. It is a big help when on speed density.
To do that, RIGHT click on the log and you will see SDAdjust or something of the sort (I don't have Link with me today). It will "suggest" settings for your VE table. Tell it to use those settings then go drive around normal while logging and do the same thing again until you feel like it is as happy as can be. I use it when first startup and drive come (which is SOON, I hope.....)

That's the issue I'm having, following the Sensor setup with their PNP harness: http://www.ecmtuning.com/wiki/sdsetup

My ECU/logs/SDAdjust doesn't populate any MAP signal with a brand new Omnipower 4 bar universal GM style. It gives the error, "No MAP sensor found". I also will be finishing up the diagnostic ground/ISC finalization, though it's only about 4 points off at 34 while idling right now.

I'll try to get a screen shot of the issue.

Got a screen shot of my proper settings to match the SDsetup wiki, and the error I get trying to use the SDAdjust feature off a datalog.

So this part I must be interpreting wrong, and it should be more like this?

That looks right to me, @Vegas smith, what do you say???
I have no way to pull up the log here at work today.
Vegas was correct to get the MAP sensor set up so you can use SDAdjust.
Just looking at the VE table, the idle section on my car is more in the 54 area not 74, IIRC.
The wideband needs assigned as he mentioned also so we can see your a/f's.

Okay I tried setting it up that way, car won't even start/idle. I even tried a GM 3 bar, instead of the Omnipower 4 bar. No luck. I'm wondering if this PNP harness is worth skipping, and direct wiring.

Haha, we're going to get this right this time. Your harness is fine. The instructions tell you to setup the MAP for the baro input. For the MAP, put it on the BARO input, not the mdp. Change both the top and bottom to both have the MAP connected to the BARO. Change the mdp selection to factory/none.

I appreciate the persistence! The Baro and MDP both reading badly even in that config:

I still get the MAP Not Found error when trying to use SDAdjust.

For what it's worth, the car runs great, but with very out of range VE values as a whole, and a constant reading of the above sensors.

Can you post an entire log? The car should not run great if the map is not working.

Post #8 logs are the same config as we've left off at when it was running at it's best. Admittedly after setting VE back to a range where it's supposed to, it runs very poorly since the MAP won't read no matter what we do.

BREAKTHROUGH! PIN labels were causing the logging issue. Take a look at the attached log. The Wideband connection I still need to dig into however.
