HELP! the car wont start

so my car wont start on its own... it just clicks franticly and thats it...
my radio wont power on(no matter what) and if i jump it it will start but if i un hook the cables then shut it off and start it again it wont start. the alarm still beeps and the seatbelts still move, all the lights on the dash still work the guages still get power. idk what it is... please help
