help putting on exhaust manifold?

I have my turbo bolted into the exhaust but I can't seem to get the exhaust manifold to fit does anyone know if there's a special way to do it?

A prybar helps, if you have the one stud sticking up off the turbine housing..Do not attatch the exhaust, that wil make it a tad harder.

OR.You could bolt everything on together..But I do it seperate with a prybar.

It mainly depends on what turbo and manifold you are using.

With a 2G manifold and Mitsu turbo (14b-20G) its easier to put the manifold,turbo,O2 housing on all as one piece, then connect your water and oil lines, then bolt up the downpipe.

I do that backwards too..But I've done it a few times now.

I get the lines hooked up, then everything else.But when I go to put turbo on, water,and oil lines are all attached before i attemp putting car together.

Yeah bolting the downpipe to the turbo would be advised to do last haha.

I didnt know the DP bolted to the turbo..

I need to stop with the attitude tonight.

sorry guys it was a a stock manifold on stock turbo but i ended up getting it just had to disconnect the dp and push it on
