Help No first, third or fifth gear!!!

Ok so I was just driving home not doing anything stupid stopped at a red light and couldn't get the car to shift into first, I'm like oh great now what. I pulled over at a gas station turned off the car and tried to shift into first again, wouldn't go then I tried third and it won't go and fifth won't go either WTF, Second, forth and reverse all work fine but first, third, and fifth wont. Any ideas?? I don't know where to begin. It's a pretty much stock 1g AWD. Please Help

Check your shift cables. Make sure that they're working properly both ways. Sounds like it's engaging fine one way, but not the other, like a loose retaining clip.

seriously said above. check the shift linkage going on your tranny.. in probably lost the retainer clip on accident. so check and make sure thats on there. remove the intake and the battery and you can get right at it. good luck man.
