Hey guys. I bought a "like new" Evo III 16g from the classifieds from "********." I talked to him before the transaction took place and he seemed helpful and it sounded like a good deal. He is a proven member and has several positive feedback points on the forum. Anyway, I paid this guy $350.00 with a credit card through Paypal on October 13. He said that he would ship it with his daily order (October 14) and provide a tracking number. The next day, no tracking number... I emailed him and was unable to get a hold of him all week. I got him by email on Thursday or Friday and he said that he shipped it on Wednesday (October 16) I thought that this was no big deal until he didn't send a tracking number again. Long story short, I paid the guy three weeks ago and I have no turbo and can't get the guy to email me back.

What do you guys think? Even his PM box is full so I can't get his there either? Should I keep waiting? Has anybody dealt with this guy before?? Thanks guys. Sorry for the long post and the ranting. I just need a turbo so I can get this thing on the road :talon:

def open the paypal dispute, hopefully you will get ## turbo, worst case scenario ull get ## money back :(
