help identify this turbo!?? confused

Ok I am looking at a friends turbo here. Trying to identify it. He got it from a mechanic who said its a 16g but doesnt look like it to me. it looks like a/r says 080 but it might be 060 its hard to read. TDOH5 on the compressor side also the fins are all the same lenghth? could this be a 14b?

we would really need a few pics of the turbo housing, and the fins inside the inlet

If you transposed the '5' and 'H', it's a 14.

The 14B has all of the blades at the same level, while the 16G alternates high/low
