so today i was trying to clean off my o2 sensor and while doing that my wrench i think touched the alternator or somthing down by the o2 sensor and sparked so i got frustrated with it went inside.....and earlier i went out to move it and my keyless entry wont work, my windows dont, locks dont, radio was asking for a code, check engine light went off (was on before), dash was dimed, and when i tured off the car and turned off the lights the head lights stayed on, so i disconeccted the battery.....so thats what had happened

Im not much of an electrical person so i have no idea whats going on. did i short out the alternator? is it worse? whats is this called?
please help

so today i check it out more look at the fuse box and find that the alternator fuse is busted does anyone know where i can get one?
