Electrical short

Problem is I have a short that makes my floor lights flicker while idling and my wideband goes lean when I hit my breaks. If I hook up a meter to my negitive battery cable I get 10.9 volts. Pulled every fuse no change and no blown fuses. If I unhook the positive wires to the fues box its ok no volts. How hard is it to pull the fuse box apart to see if I have any burnt wires. If the car sits battery drains. Car charges fine 14.3 volts and the battery is ok.

Disconnect battery and unbolt fusebox to turn over and inspect all the wire maze underneath for shorts, burns, etc.
