Headlight & radiator fan issues (Video)

Hey man first of all that motor is not out of a gsx that is a 420a not 4g63. Look up a wiring diagram for the 420a headlights and radiator fan but I would say probly a bad relay.

I haven't got a chance to view the video yet, but have you tried replacing the respective relays and fuses?

Also, check the connectors to make sure they are clean then check them with a multimeter.

To start out- PM me the shop that did the work on it. I have a feeling I know who.

2. That rattle sounds like rod knock, but it's hard to make out on your low res video.

3. That's a 420a, not a 4g63 like stated. Stock n/t RS motor.

4. With the wiring mess that's I could visibly see in that car, it's going to have to go to someone who knows what they're doing and has tools to physically test the car to tell you what's going on with it. There's too much going on to say what circuit to even follow because of the hackery that harness has been through.

If you could get the car to Casa Grande I'd gladly give you a hand with it. I do come up to Phoenix a decent amount, but never go much farther west than Tempe as that's where all my dsm buddies are.

Thanks For the response. we think the rattling nose is from the starter we took the starter off now and now we try putting in a new one and the engine does not crank now you can't even hear the starter .? any ideas ? and do you know of any manuals online ? thanks.
