I just finished helping my buddy do a headgasket on his 1G.We put everything back together except the timing cover and pulleys just to make sure the timing is correct.Anyway we try and start it and it wont start. So first thing I do is check for spark and nothin.Everything is plugged back in.When he pulled the head off he ripped the wires out of the plug for the egt temp sensor I doubt this could be the culprit just wanted to throw that out there.Let me know any ideas thanks.

Its not the egt wires. Are the cams spinning? I would have to say that if they are, that you left something unplugged or plugged the wrong plug to the wrong connector somewhere. Double check some stuff.

My bad it was the egr temp sensor not the egt.:sosad: Yeah the cams are moving.I have triple checked everything and I cant find anything wrong.:barf:

Press all the plugs in good, sometimes they click in place but done make good contact.
