Okay Sorry guys I really don't know where to post this but here we go. As of late I am in the progress of getting the talon back to the road and off the jackstands in the garage.

Would these headers from Extreme Motorsports be good. The only other ones I have found are pacesetter and I have heard a couple bad things about them on this forum

I didn't look at the link, however there are more choices than just those, so take a look a prostreetonline.com or cardomain.com they've got the DC sport headers

no, he's a 1gnt, dc only makes em for 2gnts and some 3g's. once again i can understand thinking hes a 2gnt since it is the 2gnt forum, but he's new so we will cut him some slack... look at the top of this forum for the 1gnt sub forum and put the question there.

Oh sorry guess i didn't look up but for the record would it be worth it

well all the guys on here would say yes they definatly felt a difference... in reality it might all be in there heads, just cuz they dont want to have there money not give any gain... i didnt feel any gain at all... but i did just find out that my 2.5 inch cat back is only 2 inch or 2.25 at the most... but most likely 2 inch which pisses me off, but ill be ordering a new 2.5 inch N1 tomarrow :D so i could be bottled up from that preventing me from feeling the gains from the header, but they arent known to give a lot of gain...

you're right, I didn't feel much of a gain, if any. makes your engine bay look good and sounds a little better too. sorry to get off topic, but have you found a place to get an N-1 at a decent price?

Agreed sounds and looks are the biggest gains. Although I did see a noticable difference.....but only because my stock mani had a hole in it the size of rhode island. That in turn let me wind the motor all the way up to redline, without issues.

why yes, yes i have LOL. i found the Tsudo N1 style 2.5 inch cat back brand new for $240 shipped. :D

Well my current Stock header is crappy and has a small hole in it towards the bottom. No really going for performance but also dont want a stock one

Thanks for the help

Jay

I did felt a differance, exspecialy top end, pulled really good from 4000 to 5500rpm. but i noticed that it started running lean, plugs where really white. and i think after a while committed sucide and blew the head gasket   . so i'm not sure what i'm going to do keep the car and fix it, or sad to say maybe sell it. any way i got my header( only one of them) from headman headers 4-2-1 setup. well thats my story as told by a small kid. i think?
