Head hard ot get on with arp studs????

just installed my apr's and cometic.... when i put the head on it wouldnt slide down on the studs itself... i had to tap it with a rubber mallet to get it down all the way is this normal...

Yes. It was that way for every head I placed back onthe motor. You have to line up what 10 or 12 holes now instead of just 2 dowel pins. If it on then ou are good.

hey thanks.... was scared somthign was bent..... but everythign is torqued down ready to rock..
