Harness Difference 95-96?

Found a wire harness for 50$ locally. Its on a 96 turbo, just wanting to make sure that it has the same style cam angle sensor as a 95. First 2g I have really done a lot of work on.

2gs like 1gs have same harness if its a turbo.

Wrong. The 95-96 have the same harness and the 97-99 have a different harness. The 95-96 have the cam sensor on the driver side under the cam gear and the 97-99 have it on the passenger side on the head. The plugs are different and in different locations.

Thanks bryan. Rep recommended. I wasn't sure if it was the same. Both my 2gs have been 95s. All my local friend's 2gs have had a 6 bolt swap.

Yes, I'm running a 95 harness in my 96 gst. Same everything, except the fuel injector clips are 1g style.

Oh man if the 96 I am pulling this off of has the newer style injector clips its worth it, that will save me 30-40$ and they are only asking 50$ for the entire harness.
