2G half shaft replacement

So, found out the boot on front drivers side was gashed and the bearings on the inside were shreaded by gravel. So ill be replacing the half shaft monday when the part arrives.

any one have some tips or instructions for the easiest way to do this? ive never done it on a dsm, not sure if theres any tricks or things i need to make sure i do or check.
