ground for timing the motor

hi guys. i am just about to go and time my 93 tsi when i find that the black ground wire is missing. DOes anyone know where this wire goes to and if can make and connect a new one?

The timing adjust wire is yellow with a black stripe in a black oval connector. Only one pin in a two pin connector and stock it will have a cap over it that you have to remove to access the pin.

Remember to disconnect your datalogger if you have one.
