(SoCal) 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX (AWD Turbo) Built Project need gone ASAP
121,000 miles on chassis. Clean Title in hand. Nonrunning since 2023 and does not start. Will need to be towed. Located in SoCal, no rust in frame. Some bends on pinch welds, but not bad. A/C reconnected and should run! Non-op. Smog check good until September this year.
Selling my GSX as-is, including all the parts I have acquired over the years. I can no longer afford to put any time or money into this thing. Please feel free to ask questions or send an offer. I am flexible and willing to negotiate.

-- Forged Pistons (MAHLE / WISECO)
-- T28 Turbo
-- Custom Megan Racing Intercooler
-- ACT (2600) Xtreme Street Clutch Kit not yet installed
-- Injen IS Short Ram Cold Air Intake System
Work Done:
-- Replaced valves
-- Replaced spark plugs and spark plug wires
-- Cylinder head fully rebuilt and machined
-- Replaced MAP sensor
-- Replaced a ton of tubing that was cracked + motor mounts + gaskets. Water pump was rebuilt and glazed with porcelain.
History:
Cylinder 1 and 3 had low compression. Upon taking it the pistons out, the oil suppression rings were broken but cylinder walls were still good (nothing was nicked). Replaced with new set of piston caps + all rings. Valves were also replaced. Spark plugs and wires were replaced. The engine needs to be retimed. Turbo was upgraded with a new 12-blade turbine wheel. Currently one of the connecting rod nuts needs to be replaced, but I have the original OEM one. Transmission fluid was drained in preparation of installing the stage 2 clutch, but that hasn’t been done yet. Transmission fluid will be provided in the sale as well. Has a full tank of 91 gas but has been sitting for a long time.
EVERYTHING ELSE IS STOCK! Included will be all the spare parts, documents, and aftermarket parts for the car. All proceeds will be used to fund my education since I am in the process of switching majors.
