For anyone interested, on my car, which is a 2.3l stroker from Magnus, this surge tank is too small. I surge enough to push coolant out during track sessions. Not much out, maybe 1/4 of a liter, but that's coolant I could keep so I'll probably look at upsizing at some point. It works though

I just built this header tank, about 1.6L capacity, plus it has a domestic filler so I can use any popular high pressure caps up to 32psi.
