got new plugs today, need help!

Nope the 6's are perfect for stock boost.

They are the correct OEM spec plugs. You don't have to worry about the temperature range of plugs until approximately 20PSI of boost.

Like no skillz said, they are the correct plugs recommended by the factory and should be good up until you start making higher than 17+ psi.

You're south just like me, the 6's will work just fine, but so far I've had better luck with the 7's. We live in such a hot climate already ya know?

The temperature rating on the spark plug doesn't have much to do on the external environmental temperature. It refers to the stability and combustability of the interior environment of the cylinder.

At normal operating conditions at approx less than 20PSI, 6s will perform better than 7s.

I like my 7's. But since you're on stock boost just run the 6's.

To each his own, but IMO I like the 7's much better. And it's true...plugs work with the heat in the cylinder itself...but you've never seen what 100 degree plus outdoor temps can do to your little 4 banger either now have you Mr. Jersey

OK so i should be good when i set my car to 15psi? whats funny is, i had the 8's in here before the 6's i just put in. it ran fine... now, i have my 6's gapped to .028". is that OK?

.28 is just fine. That's what I have mine gapped to. Between .28 and .30 based mostly on personal preference.
