Ok guys need help new car

Ok guys I just got a 90 Talon TSI and its got a fresh motor paper work. all but it runs way to rich after it hits temp it has the aem wide band and it goes into the red range once you slow down and wants to stall. It has the translater and the previous owner wrote down what number everything was but how do I change it to get it into the good range please help thanks
