New car please help

Ok I just picked up this 90 Talon TSI and it has a fresh motor with paper work.. Anyways it has aem wide band and it runs crazy rich it also has the translater box but idk how to use it. I just want it to run a little rich not crazy rich like it is where it almost stalls. Please help thank you :thumbup:

Yes at idle sorry should have been more specific it is still at about 2500 rpms two
