Goal = 400whp

Ok, long story but here goes. My first car is my 1994 Laser RS (2.0L Non-Turbo) that I have now. I am getting a 1991 Laser (2.0L Non-Turbo) for free in a few days. I have a blown tranny in my 94 Laser and the 91 Laser has a blown Cam. So i am going ot take the good head off of the 94 and put it on the 91. So the 91 will be my daily driver with an auto tranny.
On to the good part, I want to make my 94 a project car. My goal is 400whp. (my brother had a 425whp '88 Mustang and I want to be able to at least keep up with him) It's going to be a FWD car. I have read alot and I just wanted some opinions. Will an EvoIII Big16g turbo support 400hp? Will I need to upgrade to a 20g or a t03/04? I already started talking to Shepherd about a 5 speed tranny. I know I will need fuel mods. But for now all I need is a suggestion for a turbo to support 400whp.

it will but you will never see it.

20g will be easier. see link below.

next mod should just be a gst but if you dont want to go that route i would look at the agp rs49 or rs52

and yes fuel mods are a must for any turbo upgrade to be safe
